Dr. Sara Horton

Veterinarian

Dr. Sara Horton has been practicing veterinary medicine for 25 years, and she is a dedicated member of the team at West Side Animal Clinic. A graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Horton takes great pride in her ability to connect with her patients by building meaningful relationships with both pets and their owners. Dr. Horton finds joy in client interaction, and she strives to create long-lasting bonds.

Dr. Mark Kurtzman

Veterinarian

Dr. Mark Kurtzman has been practicing veterinary medicine for 34 years, and he is a valued veterinarian at West Side Animal Clinic. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Dr. Kurtzman takes pride in his honest and direct approach when working with both patients and their owners. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and exploring new places.

Dr. Staci Schroeder

Veterinarian

Dr. Staci Schroeder has been practicing veterinary medicine for 2.5 years as a doctor, though she has 12 years of experience in the field. A graduate of Ross University, she completed her clinical year at LSU. At West Side Animal Clinic, Dr. Schroeder strives to offer gold-standard care while working collaboratively with pet owners to develop plans that meet the needs of both pets and their families. She is passionate about advocating for animals that cannot speak for themselves. In her free time, Dr. Schroeder enjoys running, scuba diving, biking, playing tennis, hiking, reading, knitting, and participating in trap-neuter-return (TNR) programs.

Dr. Lynn Tanner

Veterinarian

Dr. Lynn Tanner has been practicing veterinary medicine for 33 years. As a trusted veterinarian at West Side Animal Clinic and a graduate of The Ohio State University, Dr. Tanner is passionate about client education and interaction. She is always advocating for pets and ensuring their well-being is the main priority. Dr. Tanner has a strong interest in dermatology, and she enjoys working in this area of care. In her free time, Dr. Tanner loves to travel, listen to jazz bands, swim, and read.
